With the IOWIS Platform, you can offer your customers AI assistants that use company knowledge and can carry out everyday tasks. The platform, language models and data processing can all run on your customers’ premises. This also allows you to deliver projects that require internal data to be processed locally.
You can resell the platform and combine it with your own services, such as integrating existing systems, supporting implementation or providing ongoing support. This expands your business to include on-premises AI and the services that go with it.
IOWIS develops the platform and supports you with technical planning and implementation. Together, we agree on responsibilities for running the language models and providing software support.
For hardware providers and distributors
Add software for running AI locally to your server and GPU offering. Combined with the IOWIS Platform, this creates an on-premises solution you can sell directly or through your reseller network.
We select and configure the hardware, language models and platform to work together, and test the configuration for the intended applications. This provides a basis for joint offerings for further customer projects.
As a hardware provider, you can contribute your systems and their deployment. As a distributor, you make the solution available to your resellers. IOWIS develops the platform and contributes the technical expertise for running models locally. We agree on delivery, setup and support to suit the partnership.

You can resell the IOWIS Platform or deliver customer projects together with us. The responsibilities you take on depend on your offering and your customers’ requirements.
IOWIS can provide the complete solution for on-premises AI, including hardware and setup. You can also contribute your own hardware or services. We agree on deployment and hardware procurement for each project.
We agree on the commercial terms, who supports your customers during implementation and ongoing use, and what support IOWIS provides.

As a consulting firm, you can use the IOWIS Platform to bring on-premises AI into your customer projects. You can identify suitable use cases with your customers and support implementation. We can assist you with the technical work or handle it in full.
Software vendors and systems integrators can connect their applications to the platform and add AI capabilities that can run locally. Together, we assess which integrations are needed.
You can also simply refer customers to us. You introduce us to a company interested in on-premises AI, and IOWIS handles the subsequent advice and implementation. We agree the terms of the referral arrangement with you.

How does IOWIS support us with customer enquiries and proposals?
We help you turn a customer enquiry into a suitable proposal for on-premises AI. On request, we join customer meetings, present the IOWIS Platform and answer technical questions.
Together, we clarify the intended applications, required features and suitable hardware configuration. Your sales team does not need to answer every technical question about on-premises AI itself. We agree with you on the support you need during the sales process.
How are setup, customer service and support shared between the partner and IOWIS?
IOWIS handles the AI part of the solution. This includes supplying and setting up the platform, configuring language models, providing software and model updates, and the associated technical support.
For hardware, the arrangement depends on your offering. IOWIS can supply the required hardware. With hardware vendors and distributors, we agree on configuration and supply together. You can also add your own services, such as integration into the customer’s IT environment or employee onboarding.
Together, we define who acts as the customer’s point of contact and how technical questions are passed on to IOWIS. This allows you to offer on-premises AI without taking on every technical task relating to the platform and language models yourself.
How are software licences and billing organised in the partner business?
You can include IOWIS Platform software licences in your own customer offering and combine them with hardware or your own services. We tailor the process to whether you sell directly to end customers or distribute the solution through resellers.
Together, we agree on how licences are purchased and ongoing software costs are billed. Partner terms and responsibilities are agreed to suit the collaboration.
Can we ship our hardware with the IOWIS Platform preinstalled?
Yes. Your systems can be delivered with the IOWIS Platform and the intended language models already installed. Together, we match hardware and software to the planned applications and prepare the configuration for delivery.
We agree on the preinstallation process and any subsequent setup in the customer’s environment to suit your offering and each customer’s requirements.
