through our pilot programme
The IOWIS Platform gives your employees on-premises AI for documents, company knowledge and everyday tasks. As a pilot customer, you receive reduced licence fees for 12 months and help shape the platform’s development. We are still accepting companies into our pilot programme. To take part, your agreement must be signed by 31 December 2026.
Use the IOWIS Platform
As a pilot customer, you use the IOWIS Platform with the features included in your chosen plan. While you work with it, we continue to develop the platform in dialogue with you.
We tailor deployment, infrastructure and setup to your requirements. Together, we determine which deployment model and hardware procurement options suit your business.
Help shape the platform’s development
As a pilot customer, you work directly with the IOWIS development team. You share your company’s requirements and can influence which features we develop next.
We prioritise suitable enhancements as part of the pilot programme. You can use new features early and share feedback from day-to-day use.

In the pilot programme, you receive reduced licence fees for the four IOWIS Platform plans. You can find the features included in each plan in the platform feature comparison.

All prices are per user per month, excluding VAT at the applicable rate. Hardware and setup are quoted separately.
Pilot pricing applies for 12 months from the agreed start date of the pilot period. Standard pricing applies after that, unless otherwise agreed. To take part, the agreement must be signed by 31 December 2026.
Working together during the pilot period
The pilot programme is for companies that want to introduce on-premises AI and use the platform for specific everyday tasks. It is particularly suited to companies that want to contribute their requirements and stay involved in the platform’s development over an extended period.
You nominate a point of contact to discuss feedback from your company with us. These conversations cover how the platform performs in use, where improvements are needed and what further requirements arise.
Together, we agree on which new features you will try and how we will gather your feedback. Features introduced through the pilot programme continue to be developed and may change as we work together.
Getting started as a pilot customer
In our first conversation, we discuss your use case and show you the IOWIS Platform. We clarify which features, data sources and integrations you need.
We then agree on the plan, hardware and setup, as well as how we will work together during the pilot. We set the start date of the pilot period together.

What additional work should we plan for the pilot collaboration?
Plan time to discuss your experience with us, contribute requirements and try out new features. Appoint a contact person who brings together feedback from your company and coordinates with the IOWIS development team.
Concrete examples from day-to-day work are helpful: which tasks are supported, where do difficulties arise, and which improvements would be most useful? Together, we organise feedback and testing around your intended applications.
How are feature requests selected for implementation in the pilot programme?
You discuss your requirements directly with our development team. Together, we consider which improvements matter most in your day-to-day work and how they fit into the IOWIS Platform.
Your feedback informs our development planning. We prioritise suitable enhancements within the pilot programme and agree with you on how to try out the new features.
What happens after the twelve-month pilot phase?
You can continue using the IOWIS Platform after the pilot phase. Once the twelve months end, your plan’s standard licence prices apply unless we agree otherwise.
